I am a Bristol based stained glass designer and maker offering a wide range of work produced to commission.
My background is mix of the aesthetic and the functional. I completed my BA Hons degree in Fine Art at West Surrey College of Art and Design. I then worked for 5 years as a textile designer for the international fashion market. This was followed by 9 years as a designer and maker for a leading Bristol glass company.
I now produce individually designed stained glass pieces using leading and copperfoil techniques, made to order, for customers throughout the U.K.
I make window panels, mirrors, lampshades and window hangings, in contemporary and traditional designs. I undertake restoration and repairs. My prices are competitive, and I am always happy to give a free quote.
A commission usually starts with a consultation with the client to establish requirements, taste and style. I then prepare a quote, a design and some samples of glass. If the client wants to go ahead, a deposit is paid and work begins. Windows can be supplied ready to fit, or installation can be arranged for an extra fee. Window panels can be supplied as double glazed units.
